Engagement lead
Leads walks of SaaS onboarding applications for Malaysian operators. Previously ran operational audits on customer-admission processes in the Klang Valley. Signs the scoping note and reads the exception log.
Practice
Mind Endpoint Path works from Taman Industri Subang. We take a limited number of walks each quarter so the person who signs the scoping note still sits with the exception log.
Engineering teams demonstrate the happy path. Sales teams close deals. Customer success ticks a checklist. Finance books the first invoice. None of those habits reconstructs who was actually admitted into the product, with what seats, after which checks.
We were set up to sit in that gap. The subject is narrow on purpose: audit of SaaS onboarding applications. We do not implement onboarding tools, we do not write welcome emails, and we do not sell software.
Malaysian operators are the core of the diary — PDPA questions inside signup, SST only where billing attach is in scope, and ledgers or CRM files kept in the Klang Valley. Regional entities that onboard from Malaysia appear when the extract can be met in English.

Director, access and verification
Tests identity checks, impersonation tools, and seat grants against the order form. Works with operations leads who need a record of who was admitted, not a screenshot of the happy path.
Manager, fieldwork
Runs the extract request, the test-tenant walkthrough, and the join to CRM or order files. Most Subang Jaya engagements go through her desk before a finding is written up.

We do not take implementation work on an onboarding application we have been asked to audit in the same period. If a conflict appears after scoping, we stop and say so in writing. Fees are quoted as a fixed engagement amount or a capped week-rate; they are not contingent on findings.
