We walk the path a customer takes into your product, then write down who was actually admitted.

Mind Endpoint Path audits SaaS onboarding applications: the screens and event logs that turn a signed order into a live tenant. The work is an examination of records, not a redesign of your welcome flow.

The path we reconstruct

Each engagement follows the same sequence the customer is supposed to follow. We test the records at every stop, not the marketing copy on the screen.

Primary service

Independent audit of the SaaS onboarding application

We extract the event log, the tenant register, the invite table, and the order file, then walk those records against each other. The question is ordinary: for this period, who was admitted, who was left waiting, and who was given rights the order form never granted.

Fieldwork for one onboarding product usually runs five to nine weeks. A test tenant you control is walked live; we do not need production passwords. Fees typically begin at RM 19,000 for one product and one legal entity. That figure is informational. There is no online checkout.

The join

Sales-to-product handoff examination

Rebuilding the join between the CRM opportunity that closed and the tenant the onboarding application created — including duplicates, orphans, and deals that never arrived.

What a recent file actually held

Regional HR subscription · Year-end 2025

Self-serve tenants sitting beside a sales-led checklist

Closed-won deals were complete. The tenant table held another forty-one accounts from the marketing “start free” door, three of which had been given production data during a demo. We left a create-source field and a weekly orphan list.

Vertical SaaS for clinics · Q1 2026

Checklist completion ahead of billing attach

Completion was a button available after the first invite. Fourteen tenants were marked live with no invoice account. Commission had already been calculated. We required a system-set flag and a compensating report until the vendor could enforce the event order.

Replacement of an incumbent signup flow · Cut-over, late 2025

In-flight invites that did not migrate

Pending invites were dropped because they had no tenant key in the new model. Customers arrived on Monday to a blank organisation. Go-live was held one week. The migration file gained an invite table before the second attempt.

Who asks us in

Operations leads who cannot join closed-won deals to live tenants. Customer-success directors whose checklist completion does not match first login. Controllers who discovered unpaid seats granted during onboarding. Programme sponsors replacing a signup flow who need an operations memo before cut-over.

The desk is at 52 Jalan TS 6/5, Taman Industri Subang, Subang Jaya. Site work in the Klang Valley is ordinary. Extracts can be reviewed remotely when access is arranged.

How a walk starts

Send the name of the onboarding application, the legal entity that owns the tenants, whether signup is sales-led or self-serve, and the period you care about. We reply with an extract request. If the work is not an examination of an onboarding application, we will say so.
