Before cut-over

Pre-go-live review of a new onboarding application

A controls review of a replacement or first-time onboarding application before the first live customer is walked through it.

Four to seven weeks, aligned to your cut-over calendar

Colleagues collaborating around laptops before a system change

Cutting over an onboarding application is an admissions event. In-flight checklists, pending invites, and half-verified companies have to land in the new flow at the same state — or the difference has to be an approved exception.

We sit with operations, not with the implementation vendor. Configuration is tested against the playbook you signed. Migration files are reconciled before the weekend of cut-over, not after the first Monday’s customers are already stuck.

If a parallel walkthrough cannot be explained, we recommend delaying live admissions. That recommendation is written so a sponsor in Subang Jaya or elsewhere in the Klang Valley can act on it.

Who it is for

Programme sponsors replacing a signup flow who need an operations sign-off, not only an engineering go-live checklist.

Typical fee note

From RM 21,000. Parallel-run support is quoted as a separate week-rate. Fees are quoted in writing after scoping. This page is not a checkout.
