Privacy notice

This notice explains how Mind Endpoint Path handles personal data in Malaysia, including data collected through mindendpointpath.digital.

Data we collect from this site

If you send a walkthrough form we receive the name, work email, optional phone number, organisation, the service you selected, and the message. We use that information to reply, to prepare an engagement letter if appropriate, and to keep a record of the enquiry. The form posts to a static acknowledgement on this site; it is not a live case-management system.

Data on an engagement

Once engaged, we may receive names, roles, and contact details of your staff, and personal data that happens to sit inside onboarding extracts (for example, signup emails, invite addresses, or identity documents stored in the application). We process that data only to perform the engagement and to keep professional records. You are responsible for telling us if an extract should be minimised or anonymised before it leaves your environment.

Legal basis under the PDPA

We process enquiry data because you requested a response. We process engagement data to perform a contract and to meet record-keeping duties that apply to professional work in Malaysia. Where the PDPA requires consent for a specific use, we will ask.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with your other advisers when you instruct us to, with our professional indemnity insurers if a claim arises, with service providers who host email or files under confidentiality, and with authorities when Malaysian law requires it.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to two years. Engagement files, including personal data on those files, are kept for seven years after the report date unless a longer period is required by law or a dispute.

Transfers

Our practice is in Subang Jaya. If a file-hosting or email provider stores a copy outside Malaysia, we take steps consistent with the PDPA 2010 before that transfer.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold, subject to the PDPA. Write to desk@mindendpointpath.digital. You may also contact the Department of Personal Data Protection in Malaysia.

Children

This site is for professional enquiries. We do not seek personal data from children.
